MPC is Micron Technologies...They took over Professional division of Gateway just be before Acer bought consumer division. I think you know this. Both Acer and Micron have long histories of producing PCs. SKS has said that: we also supply the Gateway machines that MPC ships.

MPC is the old Micron PC Division, Micron sold them a couple years ago. The manufacturing plant is in Nampa, Idaho.

I have not seen anything saying the PC's manufactured in Nampa are built with a TPM but it appears they are selling the Gateway PC's.
