No dilution for at least a year and only if TMA cannot keep up their end of the bargain. Thats what some aren't grasping for some reason. Now if real estate keeps collapsing and we head into another Great Depression, then yes I can see TMA having more problems and the dilution, etc. But if that happens we will all be heading for the nearest soup kitchen.
