S*P says we are in a recession but how deep how long?That is not good news for the housing market. With the cash flows Thornburg must deal with...I';m not a bit sure they can overcome a log jam in that flow. Sure the banks have released the pressure on calls for a year.....that that isn't very long and it appears they are maxed out credit wise.They may not have enough left for operations day to day....
