Well, Richie, our shareholder letter was fabulous.
Except that it hasn't happened, we still have time to realize most all of it. GSA might already be approved and results in but not reported to us. As for the financials and sales reports I think they will come in due time. Sure there is a lot of frustration as, I for one, would like to see the share price over $1.00 this year. But I'm willing to start realistically as one very nice thing about the share price being this low is all the averaging down I've done and hope you have too. Baring a RS this could be a serious play to the upside. Ienta has the potential and Yaacov has not stopped working on every aspect of it, whether for loyal shareholders or for himself and his colleagues or all three. I like the fact that you posted the shareholders' letter, Richie. I think that should be posted periodically for lazy browsers who might happen upon our mechinations here at ihub.

As Yaacov says, 'appreciate your support and prayers.' So let's start praying and buying up a stray share or two (the latter for our own benefit when this takes off).

Woody, slipping a note in the wall.

Richie - thank you for a detailed explanation, I appreciated reading it.

I sincerely hope for the sake of all longs that Identa is a legitimate company (from an investor's perspective) with good products, good leadership, and eventually good results.

I must admit that I cannot get a good feeling about Identa and I won't feel comfortable investing in it again until good news combined with verifiable financial information is available.

Unfortunately, as I understand it, IDTA being a pink sheet stock means that future financial information still won't be verifiable - which will make it hard for me to invest again even if rosy news and numbers are issued at some point.

Of course if the stock skyrockets on some kind of news and/or company reported numbers, longs won't initially care if it's verifiable or not.

The company's products and goals are noble, and if successful the rewards for investors will be significant.

Hopefully by continuing to follow Identa, there will still be a future opportunity for me to share in their stock appreciation should things turn out as we all hope they will.

As it stands, I've lost several thousand dollars investing in IDTA to date, and it would have been even worse had I not sold my remaining shares back at the .40 level.

I'm well beyond the fool me twice limit with IDTA, I've been fooled several times unfortunately - but that's on me - hopefully I'll learn some things from it that will be worth the price paid - I believe I have.

Should the 2nd Q come and go without any change in status quo for IDTA, I wonder how many will finally throw in the towel, and how many will remain for the next optimistic prediction?
