#5299 RE: Aiming4 #5298

If YS is bluffing I'd expect departure en masse

and it won't be very pretty that's a given. If he does happen to locate his SEC lawyer's phone number again and proceed with at least a check mark rating on the pinks it would alleviate a lot of the pain holding right now. Yes it would be more expensive for IDTA but then so would the stock price, that's the cost of doing business! A move to the OTCBB is not as easy as one would like to think. I feel a gradual move up the pinks THEN the OTCBB is more prudent. It is my fervent hope Yaacov will at least move up the ladder a peg or two on the pinks, this company deserves no less.

As you likely recall Identa sprang on the market with heaps of goodwill from well meaning investors enthusiastic about this ideal ethical investment. Unfortunately IDTA's image I believe has endured a lot of damage which has translated into losses for many of us. Here's the kicker aiming4, damage it brought on itself with promises it either recanted on, or was unable to keep. Damage it surely must have known would have been inflicted on company and it's shareholders. What's up with that?

High time for a change I hope this time it's genuine also aiming4, sure be nice to see this company move back up that ladder. There is a reason for the secrecy like everything but for the record when he says he is protecting himself from IDTA's competition for the record I say BULL'S WOOL. Why would he need to if he already has the best product on the market and his main rival threw in the towel ( Armor Holdings). Did everyone decide to stop using drugs?

Yaacov has many strings yet to pull if you notice the Q2 revelation was predicated by the words Therefore "we expect" to announce the annualized sales figures will be released early in the second quarter of 2008," Hardly info you can bank on is it...(ah yes those forward looking statements can really eat you alive)

Best of luck aiming4, many are upside down in this hopefully YS will finally come through for investors. He is not suffering from a lack of loyalty that's for certain, if anything it's a lack of credibility IMO the market isn't dumb!

BTW your most welcome my pleasure.

Cheers... Rich
