Valorie, you brought out a good point in your post.
For the Form 3 filings we've seen, management owns minimum 70% of the common shares. That does not include Mr. Hanseo Park, Director, who for some reason has not filed. Maybe he's technically exempt from filing.
It also does not include their preferred shares that can be converted into common shares.
Therefore, management has very good reason to see that DCNM succeeds.
