Agree totally with you about the share price and performance. Over the last 18 months IDCC has underperformed the Nasdaq by over 20%, this all done even after the Ericy settlement. I remember in the 2002 annual report in big letters they boasted about the shareprice rising 50% during the year. I hope they don't brag about being up 25% in 2003 while the Nasdaq was up 50%. I know i've already said this but lets give these guys 2004 and see what happens. IF we don't get one top 5 manufacturer for 3G signed were in trouble. They have had years to prepare for this and now its time to deliver. No more verbal assurances, lets see deals. I don't want another 2G problem where we wait years in legal battles to collect past royalties which is where I think we'll be if we let it play out into 2005.

jai: Where was IDCC on April 1st 2003 or the week before. I am sure there is someway to find out but I don't know it. Why did you start 0n April 8th????
