You can post all you want on those things. I would like to see them in an Sc 8-k. I would also like to see the TA ungagged, if the company is not going to dilute further and are planning on reducing the O/S you would think they would want the TA ungagged so that their shareholders can verify this daily.

i think its kind of silly for everyone to think an audit is a good thing just because they said so. There is a possibility that the IRS wants to know where their money is coming from/going to and checking their books since the Johnson's are already under close watch by the FBI for Ed's smooth moves a few years back. Its also a little crazy to believe anything the CEO says "the audit is for good things" (not her words exactly, but generalizing what she said. Many ceo's have lied to shareholders and laughed all the way to the bank.
