bayfish-you could be right too. It's just so hard to tell with this stock. I think there's enough oil in block 4 alone to put us at $7.00 a share, but that's after all the oil is taken out which takes years if it's a gusher. then an additional $3.00-$5.00 a share per block after that, but once again, I don't think it will hit that right when we drill...but rather after the oil is actually sold and drilling is advanced. I like your prediction too though!

it doesn't really matter what is a fair price...what matters is what the offering party could buy/steal the shares for.

What would the majority of shareholders settle for?

The public float is said to be 340-360 million shares. about 200 million shares are lock away by a small group of investors if not a single investor. the true float is about 150 million shares. Another word. If they can convince SEO and the big share holder(s) to sell at certain price. We the small shareholders will most likely has to follow.

Even if you vote no but the majority vote yes, it is still a go.
