I don't think it will be a cash offer, it will be shares in the acquiring company that will allow us to capitalize on the upside as shares in the new company appreciate. Just speculation on my part. Of course, should this occur, I will be voting no, I want no part of any sale of the company until all of our assets are proved. I fully expect ERHC to control several billion barrels of oil once all of our JDZ/EEZ assets are exploited and that will bring us a shareprice nowhere near what we trade today.
