It seems that nothing moves the price of this stock. The corporation may not be a reporting issuer to a securities commission, but this does not mean that there should not be a market as it is being publicly traded. I see no market. I see only .0001. (They started drilling - press release out - there should have been a bump up. They hit kimberlite - there should have been a bump up, etc.) So I wonder why. I have heard no answers on this board or elsewhere. The number of shares outstanding and the number of new shares being issued, (or conversely bought back), are of interest to me. This might provide an answer. Perhaps the price is kept at .0001 by billions of shares coming out at that price every day. (If it is 1-3 billion per day that is $100,000.00 - 300,000.00 per day - and I do not think that they are spending that on drilling or the funny car). The corporation may not be a reporting issuer to an SEC at present but I bet that there is a law office in Nevada with a corporate minute book showing records of the new shares issued. Anybody in Nevada want to track it down? You should be able to walk in and ask to see the public records in the corporate minute book. I am still holding this stock - but I am questioning how much longer I will. I need to see a market. Or I need to see currrent and verifiable information on the number of shares outstanding. From up in Canada. Hoping to hear something from someone in Nevada.
