Glad to hear all that. The only part I don't believe is that he was surprised the stock crashed when he put out the PR. He had to know that a PR like that would crash the stock.

I do feel bad for him getting nasty phone calls and emails, because I don't believe he was involved in the "fraud" at all. People's knee jerk reaction was to blame him, but there is absolutely no proof that he was involved.

I'm glad he is talking to shareholders maybe he will exercise more transparency(sp) in the future to prevent things like this from happening. I think he will do something good with this shell because he reputation may have took a hit.

Hey bag...did yo uask him what the share count was if they werent selling anymore shares??? When Icalled the transfer agent yesterday they said you would have to contact the company for that.......I truly belive all those shares tha twere sold were just shorted shares by the mms tha tthey sold..yo ucould tell by the matching shares the ywere showing..if this is true the share count is still very small and mms are crooks as usual.....

The problem with that is Chris has been telling FOGGDOGG that since oct 2007 and that news was coming out before 2007 ended.
You could be waiting foreever for news to come out.

If he actually said that, I am very worried now.. Common sense would tell you that a PR, like the one he issued, would drive the pps back down to pre-false news release levels..
I find it hard to believe he'd say that, but if he did state to you that he was surprised, I have serious doubts he can even tie his own shoes, let alone, try to run a company as a CEO!!!IMHO
