Glad to hear all that. The only part I don't believe is that he was surprised the stock crashed when he put out the PR. He had to know that a PR like that would crash the stock.

I do feel bad for him getting nasty phone calls and emails, because I don't believe he was involved in the "fraud" at all. People's knee jerk reaction was to blame him, but there is absolutely no proof that he was involved.
