let's put it this way, I'd lose money if I sold now!

I based my buys on management being loyal to their shareholders and keeping the company for the long haul and us averaging $5-10 per share if all their grants, so on and so on came through. It was never mentioned that they had the intent to sell out their shareholders if someone came along and offered them a buyout price. So much for loyalty, I fell for it hook, line and sinker. Yes, I know, and have been told here (like I didn't think of this already, ha) stocks are a risk, but I feel their information was misleading to shareholders like myself.
