lol true that.... My guess is it will be somewhere between good and bad, if bellwether likes HCPC, they can't go overboard with optimism in case HCPC flops, it would look bad on them.

If they state they have a position in HCPC that would be a big deal, only time will tell

This will be Bellwether's initial report on HCPC, so why would you waste the time to report on a .0003 pink sheet stock unless it was to bring it to people's attention? I can't see the report being negative at all. If they had already reported on HCPC, and this was a follow-up, I would be nervous, but since this is a new company report, it should be good.

There is no need to even bring up a stock that only 355 people own stocks in... unless you are trying to bring it some attention. In my opinion of course.
