I'm still awake, Bigrgub, but I'm on Pacific time and it's still early out here. Your proposed plan sounds like a good idea to me. These days, a "technology company" sounds a lot more profitable than an independent record company. This could be the direction Mr. Sibbett is headed.

Bigrgub, that's an interesting idea, although I don't know that I would like an RS of 1:10; perhaps 1:5 and keep the float at least 10M.
