Folks I have an idea that I plan on presenting to Gene. I am thinking outload here so some of this is due for fine tuning....since we all own this company together, we all should have some input.
My idea is this:
Create a shell corporation and apply for a seperate CUSIP number with its own symbol. TRIM...Trimark Technologies. Collapse all of NSHV shares into it (250M) shares)...then reverse split 1:10 shares leaving 25 Million shares for NSHV shareholders and issue 15 million more shares at .15/share. This will be delutive however, we will change the identity of the company from Record Label to a technology company. This will unleash a ton of value and the stock will/should appreciate substaintially. Then we raise the funds necessary to bring Trimark to market. Otherwise the funding may allow Venture Capitalists to take control of the technology. Any body awake out there?
