There is always risks when you invest in a company that you may not know or has incomplete info to check. On the whole scale of things, most companies I wouldn't even look at twice.
This one IMO has pass the test for risk and now the growth factor comes to play. I sleep very well these days being on the AMEX also which is VERY big for growth as long as you have the product(s) to produce and public demand for it. We have both.
VTSI will be a player too hopefully mid year the way it looks at this point being the leader in its field with the best products and sales team out there. Contacts mean survival and I feel they have made the contacts already. Just a matter of when the numbers come in. :)
