Ameriturd, Schwab and Etrade customers (among others I may be unaware of) cannot buy Paivis through their online accounts, but they can sell it. Those brokers have restricted the purchase of Paivis online. That has been the case for about a year.
Prospective buyers using those online brokerages have to telephone in their orders to buy.
