revlis..i think you are wrong in believing that our PR cleared that PR with Nokia.I still think because the alleged smile and everything will be OK at the courtroom, KOP might have needed to protect "assumptions" ,that were starting to swirl?Why?Because the company is involved in a buyback that is under the fair disclosure rules.If indeed a settlement is imminent i.e. before April 11th, everyone needed to have that immediacy disclosed as that assumption could have been partly based on what some investors relayed to our forum?I think the settlement is where it was "ON"..as the Nokia CEO also stated, "we like to settle"[no one highlighted that portion].When?Before April 11th, unless the staff report is negative which may yet be a fly in the ointment.Great opportunity for cheaper speculation?
