We are trying to establish the value of our portfolio in order to ser a royalty rate. Therefore, the more patents we win, the higher the rate. IDCC is far better off with Nok selling products and paying an agreed royalty rate than shutting them out over a single patent claim. While everybody knows that a ban can occur with one patent claim, it does not make IDCC a nickel during the ban. Nok is not a big seller here, but they want to be. IDCC wants them to be and they want royalty. If we have stepped on our toes regarding some patents, the value of the portfolio goes down.
