Hey Extra,

Glad to see you actually respond. This gives the chance to clear stuff as (as we should) and keep a decent forum. I think you're looking for the following article:

http://www.marketwire.com/mw/release.do?id=767349&k=wnbd
http://www.bibbyfinancialservices.com/about_us.aspx

According to Bibby, the line of credit was extended to WNBD upon their inspection of the company. Since Bibby keeps their records, they may be not be able to release the gathered data (free of cost or not). I am thinking there's legal issues there when Bibby took a look at WNBD's books and the resultant information may not be in the public domain.

Actually Extra, that may be EXACTLY what Eric is hinting at from this 2/24/08 memo. Also, isn't it illegal to bash a stock if you've self proclaimed yourself as short? Save your energy, you're not fooling anyone who's done any DD.

From Eric:
"Thank you for your kind thoughts – and for the opportunity of answering your question. The transition from Non-Reporting Issuer to Reporting Issuer has an intermediate step of Non-Reporting Issuer with Voluntary Disclosure. It is possible that this will be our progression. I have been careful not to provide specific dates for these possible transitions because it is in the company’s culture to do what it says it will do. Until there is certainty about that issue, we consider it more honest to leave this in the category of under review."

Extra, I know this is becoming very redundent from you, but read what you write. If a financial institutation is willing to put 250,000.00 a month on the line after looking into WNBD financial situtation, and Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and many others are willing to promote as well as stock WNBD products in hundreds of their retail locations. Then there must be somthing to this company lol. I am not questioning your intellect, but I think the decision makers that have seen the financials for WNBD, and are willing to put much more on the line than your typical penny stock investor aren't doing so on a gut feeling or a hunch. They see promise in this company, and they know without question they are making an educated decision that will make money for their company. As for me, I believe the decision makers for these large companies are smarter than I am when it comes to evaluating, and acessing the risk versus reward of a company like WNBD. Appearently if they are willing to extend credit lines and retail WNBD products that only validates my reasons for investing in this company. THEY KNOW and I KNOW we have a real winner here.
