According to Bibby, the line of credit was extended to WNBD upon their inspection of the company. Since Bibby keeps their records, they may be not be able to release the gathered data (free of cost or not). I am thinking there's legal issues there when Bibby took a look at WNBD's books and the resultant information may not be in the public domain.
