Nicknamen: Glad it was you...

... and not because of you as a person, but at least now I know that (ex) Wavoids are selling. And that is your right. Of course!

I remember the month of April 2003. wave had just concluded a financing round with potentially disstrous terms...

It was clear at the time that the financiers were shorting the stock because in the financing they were named as assured participants in an upcoming financing round if the stock did not trade at or above a certain level for a certain period of time during the ensuing weeks and months.

Ans we all know what happend; Wave/Intel announced the first potential revenue stream for wave's software on the last day of July 2003. The ensuing short squeeze caused the stock to trade in excess of 60 million shares per day and a subsequent price of more that $5

Think about it... could it be that some financing folks are betting that Wave's price will not appreciate until they "RUN OUT" of cash...

Dangerous play... No?

Nick - -

I commend you. I am not so brave as to sell out... heck, I need an 8-bagger to break even. I'm very much "all or nothing" at this point. Imagine, if I had invested in gold with this money, I would actually need a 32-bagger to match that!

On another note, some will gloat at taking your shares. I find this smug and disengenuous.

Good luck and thanks for your participation over the years.

Nick.......sad to hear a long time long and good fellow leave. I´d hoped we can meet sometime in the future. But I understand you, it´s very frustrating at this point. I hope you´ll follow WAVX and perhaps you´ll find your new entry point.

Thanx for you contribution over the years and best wishes to you and yours!

nick, I strongly suspect that when you look back a year from now, you will not be disappointed with your decision.

I haven't been able to find the gumption to completely unload as you have. I reduced significantly in the last year or so, but cannot bring myself to punt the rest. Gotta ride some all the way to the end, just in case that one in a million comes to pass. But I really don't think it will.

After watching this thing everyday for going on twelve years, I eventually began to occasionally try to trade some WAVX to help offset the wounds taken on the long term holdings. It's a difficult, slow process, with few opportunites, because of the light trading and generally DOWNWARD bias. But it can be done once in a while.

I bought some yesterday as it went to/thru 97 cents. But with no intentions of holding it for long, because I meant what I said in the opening paragraph. I suspect a year from now it will be evident.

As usual, I hope to be wrong. I really want this thing to GO, but have no faith that it will.

Good luck to you,
D&O
