Cahalane99 GM with all due respect, buyback/stock repurchase is not something companies let anybody know when and how until they do it, and if they said to a poster/s something different or have not update their website, is for obvious reasons, if you were the CEO doing it, how would you done it?, would you PR before market opens, "TODAY HCPC ANNOUNCED THAT THE COMPANY WILL BE BUYING BACK AT THE OPEN MARKET 1 BILLION SHARES OF THEIR COMMON STOCK AND ARE GOING TO RETIRE THEM", OR "TODAY HCPC ANNOUNCED THAT THIS MONTH THE COMPANY WILL BE BUYING BACK AT THE OPEN MARKET 1 BILLION SHARES OF THEIR COMMON STOCK AND ARE GOING TO RETIRE THEM"?, it is obvious what's going on, if is the company or insiders is good, Level 2 did not budge at all if you ask me that's tells me a lot, so with that said could very well be the company buying back, one thing is for sure, they will let us know afterwards, not the other way around, just my 2cents. Have a great day amigo. I rather be in then out.

For once I agree with Cahalane99, as I too don't think any shares have been bought back yet. My personal opinion is that ON OR BEFORE MAY 30... is really when the buy back is over and magically the funding will be "announced" at the same time.
