well they would not have done the report if they did not have interest in hcpc.

Bellwether has never done anything on HCPC (actually I am wondering how they even know about Heritage), so they can't be modifying a recommend... therefore it can only be to introduce the company. Why would you introduce a company that isn't even a penny unless it was to say something positive? Bellwether doesn't even report on too many companies that are under a $1 muchless under .50, so this is big in my opinion.

Also of note, Josh pointed out to me that Bellwether buys stock in companies too.

Example: Bellwether Report has purchased ten thousand shares of Quantum Energy at a price of $2.32 in the open market and we have sold all of our shares at $4.00.
