Yup,

You got a baddy there. The easy way is to do a restore to an earlier time when the virus wasn't there and then dump your restore points.

If that doesn't work, do a Google search for "Hijack This" and run it. Then do another search for "Computer Cops" and post the hijack log file to their forum. They can help you.
