From following software stock companies ,there is always shakeup of employees from CEO down ,alot do not like or cannot comprehend software management ,software language ,and product ,and many employees leave and many new ones hired till find right people for the job that know and like it ,not about the money ,no matter how much they get paid many cannot stand software concepts,--SO going through Employees here i think is the norm ,scaring but normal,and i recall that when got right people really did well ,changes were made ,production increased ,i have extensive electronics ,sftwr and hdwr 2yrs of electronics school ,from which i base this,and everyone should make sure EFFC gets it right.
