As I said, I'm still trying to figure this situation out, but I don't see where it says anything about being able to buy 26 million shares of MLOG's stock, especially since 2,666,667 shares of the outstanding shares represents 31% of the total shares available. Doing a little math shows that there are only 8.6 million shares total.
I see that MOBL can buy that 2.6 million shares at .10 and MOBL has warrants to buy another 750K shares at 10 cents/share.
Just as a side issue, I'm still wondering how MOBL can manage to come up with the money to exercise warrants, etc. to buy the shares it has options and warrants for.
