yes, I received the capital report email this morning. Started my DD and so far so good. Company looks to be fully reporting and has all its Edgar filings up to date. Only time will tell however I have noticed that capital report deals have gotten a lot better in terms of quality. To me this looks like a company that is getting ready to make a move onto a larger exchange. Just my thoughts
