It looks somewhat between 1/4 and 1/8

I did a quick pixel count, it is about 1/3.8 if you take the blocks exactly like Hans marked them. The argument that L2 tiles are less dense is reasonable enough, but it seems ChipGeek is hinting us that its false in this case. Perhaps the L3 is just as fast as the L2?
