I thought he said that he was hoping the sales would have showed up in December but I believe he indicated that Seagate did not deliver the product until January and that it would roll over into Q1. I'll have to look at yesterday's transcript.

Ispro, I would suggest any Q4 sales revenue ended up in the "licensing" category in the Consolidated Statements of Operations. It's thus possible that licensing was only $1.8M and that there was indeed $100K in sales. Obviously it could have been more or less than $100K. In any case we can't be sure there were any sales. Personally I believe SKS in the Q3 call when he stated that some sales had closed already by mid-Novemeber. So my conclusion is that there was something and they put it in "licensing" instead of "sales".

Wave explained to me last August that a "sales" category would appear in the Consolidated Statements of Operations at such time that the sales number was substantial enough to warrant it...what the number might have to be was not quantified. Personally, if it was indeed $100K in Q4 or far less, I would prefer to see in broken out as "sales" already.

My own view is that there was some sales in Q4 but that it was not a big nummber...in any case far short of the $1M "goal" stated in the Q3 call. I am optimistic however that all of the Q4 goal stated in the Q3 call will end up in Q1.
