Weets, with all due repect and appreciation of your industry insights, "transactional revenues" are at least a year away and it seems to me that "IT'S COMING!!!" more likely applies to a another placement at well under $1, another shelf which SKS blurted out, and probably another reverse split. This is about the best case.

All I heard for Q1 '08 guidance was an absolute guarantee that revenue would be under $4M.

While we finally have a product that is finding a market, all we are and can get is penny ante introduction deals when we must have million dollar deals to meet a burn rate that is exploding. Holding on Wex to put the third floor on a home that is in flames is irresponsible.

And now we understand that "orders in hand" never meant anything close to something any rational person would take it to mean, IMO there is a smoking gun for a class action suit if anyone wants to pursue it.

Any sane BOD member would and should be deeply concerned about the fitness to lead of any CEO that proudly defended that statement while admiting that it was by any definition an outright lie, one on which investment decisions were made and massives losses incurred.

Weets--I don't think WAVE has to wait for the ITPMs. I realize I stand alone on this but the Korean Celrun(#1 in Korea) IPTV STB has WAVE/TVTONIC written all over it. Celrun IPTV Set-Top Box has SEAGATES DRIVETRUST DRM technology built in and also includes TRICKLE DOWN RECORDING.

The TPM consumer push will not begin with PCs but rather in the safe region of new fangled IPTV Set Top boxes, which have traditionally only used hardware security inside their boxes.

TVTonic is not an appendage to WAVE!
