As far as I could determine his appointment as a director in April 1994 apparently was related to a $112,500 private placement loan made to the company in May 1994. How and why he has managed to become one of the largest individual stockholders, I have yet to look into. I wonder if any of you old time IDCC holders have any more information about Harry?
