#160803 RE: lugan #160789

Lugan--S. Sprague flat out said TVTonic was being kept alive due to a number of unnamed potential PARTNERSHIP deals that he hoped to consummate soon. A TVTonic aggregator service deal with a cable company or a Set-top box OEM or a Digital Video Recorder player or XBox or Apple or MS or whoever would end this SLOG instantly.

As I've been saying for quite some time now is this: Enterprise folks for the most part are blissfully unaware of any compelling need to apply trusted hardware. Nothing surprising about that. Enterprise sector has always been an intractable quagmire of sluggishness when faced with innovation, especially of the paradigm type. And of course why should Investors give a hoot about Trusted Computing when revenues remain stagnant and piddly? And guess what? When you add this all up you suddenly realize that sizeable Trusted Computing revenues for this little ole company just might have to wait another year or two.

S. Sprague hasn't jettisoned TVTonic down a very deep wishing well for a reason. And no! the reason is not related to the ludicrous paranoia that TVTonic exists to support Sprague family members. Or the new silliness! that TVTonic has become a shell business located in a trailer park occupied by only two occupants: Sir Michael Sprague and his pet racoon, Silver Screen Jr.

IPTV Revolution has yet to be launched. And TVTonic eventually has nothing to do with PCs or Content! My bet is that TVTonic will be right smack in the middle of that IPTV revolution by leveraging its Trust card to capture the lucrative aggregator IPTV platform.

TVTonic REMAINS in the WAVE portfolio for a good reason! To rescue WAVE from Enterprise timidity and stupidity.

Of course, most regard my position as ludicrous. We shall see.
