that was my very point...you can SAY you can go to the moon but getting there is another matter. I'm never delt with this broker...it's usually the same story for retailers like
us.
THAT is why it's only the intitutions/mm's that short at this
level...they control enough shares...and the ablity to Nekid
short positions. As long as you have access to "invisible" or
conterfit shares, the share structer that we all use for
valuation becomes meaningless.
