True... you can't short penny stocks but MOSH wasn't always a penny stock, and somebody did, and no doubt has made money on paper but still hasn't bought them back. Care to comment?

Many investors can short pennies.....Most won't because, first of all think that they can't, just like you. Second for retail clients you have to post $2 per share to short a penny.
