Tell him to return shareholders holdings, and return the money back to its rightful owners, he can sell Aumn and start there, he can then add this to his o/s, cap the a/s to match this count, the terminate the 504. Return the money he stole from the company and get the share price back to where it should be it, disclose by court document how this was resolved. He isn't gonna steal, lie and cheat shareholders, do all he has done, and think its gonna be what forgiven?, save the company?........the mentality of this moron.

Saving the company?
