I agree that the RS was for ownership. I remember prior to the RS, there were comments made by Sabregold on another board that someone could have a hostile take over. To prevent that, CB increased his percentage of the company thru the RS.

Thanks mom2bk. Insightful post. When you view it from that perspective, the mystery pieces do begin to fit together.

I hope you are right. For many of us there's no recourse but to wait this thing out.
