You have made a very serious error in valuating mining claims. They are not worth anything until they can be mined economically, including De Beers.

Furthermore, just because CMKX has more land, it doesn't have to be worth more. After all, it all lapsed last year and CMKX agents had to stand in line to re-stake it. If it was worth billions, I'm sure there would have been more people in line.
