Not true. They dumped for most of december and most of january and it didnt go no bid. It only went no bid when interest fell of completley at the end of february. They have enough interest because of the loans "closing" that people are buying the shares albeit it has slowed down.
They are going to need to issue some more news soon otherwise interest is really going to fall off and the whole process could repeat.
Not as long as you have folks willing to buy at .0003 or .0002. You're correct however that it will eventually drop back to .0001 if the company is still dumping.
