just an observation, I think CORPBuyer is sincere and has some concern that he wants to share with us. That's what this forum is all about. He is not like others who just want to ocupy space here. I for one like his insight and have learned a lot. His concerned last year and his voicing it here yielded some very positive results with management. IMO they heared it here and made some changes. If we don't have people like him we wouldn't be able to effect those changes. Let's hear them and decide on our own. I learned a lot from you and Teecee as well. Thanks
Shareholder activism is vital to protect the investments that we have made in this company. Corp was absolutely justified and correct in his campaign to get the 5 million share package defeated. The proposal last year was dilutive and would have caused tons of insider selling. So he posted vigirously untill it was defeated. I say he should be commended for this action and not belittled.
