I believe alot of the shares from the 504 maybe where bought under .20 so there is no telling how many shares it took to reach 1 million. I'm sure someone will post different tho. lol

drenuf, CMTN has traded less than 25 million shares in the last 7 months. How could anybody have accumulated 10-20 million shares of CMTN stock and the share price did not go up and he/she did not have to file the required Form 3,4, or 5 with the SEC for over 10% ownership?

IMO the stockguru thing has to be from a third party close to the company. You cannot give away 3 million shares if you do not have at least a multiple of that to sell and get your outlay back. Whoever did it should tell stockguru to get on the ball.
