Just a theory but could the individual that bought the 504 shares from CMTN given some to Stockguru. I would imagine this individual has a few million shares considering they bought up 1 million dollars worth. Third party gives Stockguru 3 million shares to promote and while they do so, AUTO sits on ask with the some of this individuals shares. Even tho there was a 504 there was alot of other resources selling also. Avalon,babybulls and shazam sold most if not all between .10-50 so it wouldn't be a suprise to believe this individual was able to pick up 8-10 million shares.
