#22623 RE: TEEROY #22622

TR, besides the positive numbers there have been a lack of negative numbers. Don't forget Dalby's statements:
"we have not borrowed money for a little over one year. We have been self-sustaining during that time and even paid-off a $186,000 note"
"I do not intend to resecure any financing of this type(Dutchess), as we have all seen the relentless and selfish destruction of our shareholder value vis-à-vis our best performance yet."

If for some minor reasons Virtra <breaks-even in 2007, 2008 will lack Dutchess. Add to that the IRS obligation "payment plan" and we should be able to handle any debt. Meaning, barring any surprises, Virtra should definately be in the black for 2008. I'm not clear as to when the 24 systems to the DHS was/will be booked, but I know that Virtra is currently building the remaining 14 systems. So we can assume they got paid for them, but when.

From what I can gather, there is a "failsafe-point" during a sale negociation where the promised order and check is a 95% sure-thing. For US government agencies this failsafe point can take 16 months+ of constant pampering. But I'm under the impression that Virtra has several $1M+ orders from international and private agencies that have past this failsafe point. Time will tell.
