I'll concede the known’s, but argue (in a healthy way) the possibilities...

It would seem at first glance your liking of the odds are based on these possibilities - which, as I've agued in the past, GTEM is loathe to deliver on. How do you justify your odds internally with the fact they have delivered on few (if any sustentative) of past "possibilities" (and call it logic)?

I know you’re a supporter of JL because he always delivered in your view on what he said he would...but that reputation is now tarnished as well, no? If not, why not?

All truth is simple. Is that not doubly a lie?

Mide,
I vaguely remember a recent thread about the seven employees. I recall that most were administrative. What staff do they have for engineering?

OK mide, let's take em one by one...

"1. Gtem is still in business and answers their phones."
We wholeheartedly agree on this one. For GTEM investors this is their greatest accomplishment, they can actually answer a phone.

"2. GTEM has an office and pays rent, tele, util, etc. or they would be evicted by now."
The is misleading at best and an outright lie at worse. You know good and well the fact that they have not been evicted "yet" doesn't prove anything! It takes many months to evict anyone just ask their previous landlord that they owe over a hundred thousand dollars to. You remember, the ones, "you" said they owed them less than 50. We don't "know" if they are paying rent or not! We do know they have a history of "not" paying rent and judgements against them for "not" doing so.

"3. They have 7 employees willing to stay on, whether paid or not known."
Another "huge" accomplishment for the "next" Microsoft. Of course we haven't heard how many employees they have for a while... at this point this could be a little overly promotional.

"4. As a pink stock they have an IR executive who handles that task (Highly unusual), paid or not known."
mide, the last one to turn out the lights will be the IR executive. He may be "the" most important guy in a company that has never accomplished anything other than putting out hype!

"5. They still have all the original teaming relationships apparently in place, including NMC in Mexico, as I have seen nothing to the contrary published from any of those partners."
You have "no" idea! This company has a history of "not" telling anyone something is dead until well after the fact. When Leinwand said his goal was to keep us "fully" informed... it was a joke. That's why we "don't" know why the TAO deal didn't get done, or, if they have a single customer in Mexico. And their "partners" are you kidding? 90% of them have never stated they were ever "in" a deal with GlobeTel, much less bothered to tell us when one failed... geeesh.

"6. Someone or someones have to be financing this company as otherwise it would be gone by now. The question is why and for what reason?"
You still don't get it... "the Company has been dependent upon monthly funding from its existing debt holders. Funding decisions have typically not extended beyond thirty days at any given time, and the Company does not currently have a defined funding source."

Why is that so hard for you to understand? If they had "financing" they would be able to pay shipping costs!

And what difference do your "possibilities" make if they are based on your fantasies instead of reality.
