Hamilton made a big deal about him being the head of the "Kevin Hamilton Family Trust" - If he was decent he would just lend money to Reliant and get paid back when River Oaks funds, if they don't fund at least it would get the company going, but he must not believe in the company. If I was an investor from 1 year ago it wouldn't be pretty. Looks like he has a history of unethical behavior.
