Okay ... that may indeed be true, but I wasn't talking about the issue of criminal responsibility ... I was/am more interested in the reality and clarity of the current financial situation. I suppose one is/may be entirely dependent on the other, and greed and graft should never be ignored/rewarded ("should" being very different than "are"); however, I just want to know if this company has a snowball's hope in hell of succeeding in the future. Knowing whether past executives and financiers have acted/are acting in good faith is highly relevant when calculating those odds, but it is also important to understand the nature and true extent of their current relationships with Innova. JMO

DEFINITELY NOT just weisel to blame for disaster.

he was one of many with their snouts in the trough, although perhaps the worst of the bunch imo.
