The political mood in France is certainly more pro Israel for the first time in a long time (decades).

Alliance probably ran into the Israeli system and backed out because of all the red tape. Socialist bureaucrates run everything and get tenure after a year on the job in many departments. Taxes and fudging on them is a major industry. Yaacov might be thinking of moving the factory? Just a thought.
Woody, frustrated himself after having to go to the DMV (department of motor vehicles) four times to finally get one of the girls to huff and puff and issue my vehicle title. Nobody in this country knows how to stand in a line or drive between the lines. It's everyone for himself. Confusion reigns. Many of you have no idea the struggle a company has with government whim over here.
