All kidding aside Woody, I am pleased France is officially on your side. Pleased for YOU and all Israelis the Gaza is looking mighty iffy right now and Olmert is not taking to international interference lightly. From my perch over here in skidoo central I don't quite see this as volatile as the last fistocuffs with the Hamas?
Yaacov might be thinking of moving the factory? Just a thought. Hmmm well not sure if you were here but several years ago there was a PR stating a possible new plant in Latin America. At the time this was only a maybe and the main plant remained in J-Town with the brunt of production. The Latin America plant was only for packaging/assembly or something like that but there might be something more to what your saying. Have not heard any ruminations lately though, it was all future expansion hype anyway IMO. (smoke and mirrors)
I find it very surprising to hear you talk about the difficulties with Israeli officials because the company had nothing but praise for the Israeli tech incubation program in Tel-A-Viv. They also raved about the generosity of the Israeli government bestowing Identa ten years of tax free revenue as they were such a promising start up. Appreciate the insight Woody very much these subjects are obviously politically incorrect for Yaacov to talk about but it is an educational insight nonetheless. It also is an interesting statement in that it differs from Tsafi's criticisms greatly. Helps immensely to hear more educated opinion from the Holy Land putting everything in a more balanced informed perspective. Thank you very much Woody great post!
